Perfect Brown Rice

Brown Rice is such an important part of your diet and so you want to get it right.
Ideally, a macrobiotic diet will consist of 50 percent grains and you have a full range of options to use as there are so many different varieties of grains: barley, buckwheat, polenta. Grains can be made into a breakfast porridge/cereal, burgers or patties or balls, a life sustaining salad, flat bread. We explain how to cook in the Pressure Cooker, the Thermomix or the Boiling Method. You can also use a Rice Cooker.

Take care to check out the provenance of your grains so that you are getting exactly what you need, both energetically and nutritionally.
